Description: Yet another innovative product added in basket of MAXMECH Product Range. The application designed MAXMECH Truck Mounted Concrete Batching / Mixing Plant is the most efficient and versatile plant available in two different capacities i.e. 15 , 20 m3/hr. It works as a Plug & Play type Batching Plant; ready for production within few minutes of arrival at site. MAXMECH MMPT Series Plants consists of: A heavy duty tabular section chassis on which 2 aggregate silos are bolted. Below each aggregate silo a belt conveyor runs which charge the material into the turbo pan mixer. A sand silo is located on the rear end of the chassis below which a heavy duty screw conveyor is fitted which charge sand into turbo pan mixer. A turbo pan mixer is located at the rear end of the chassis and mounted on 3 load cells for accurate weighment. A cement feeding hopper is placed on front end of the chassis below which a screw conveyor is fitted which charge cement into turbo pan mixer. A water/ additive combine tank with separate pumps is fitted between the chassis; which delivers water and additive into turbo pan mixer. One centrifugal pump for feeding water tank is provided. A control panel protected by hinge cover with transparent cut out is fitted at front end of chassis. A separate cabinet for tool box & printer is provided beside the panel. Control panel is equipped with latest PLC and touch screen type HMI. This control system can store innumerable different mix design (recipes) with all past records upto 50 lac cub. Mtr. Production output. The production data logging system, graphic overview of the plant & operation is provided in HMI; which eliminates the need of SCADA as all the production data logged inside the HMI can be transferred to a USB based removable storage device (USB Pen Drive) without stopping the plant The complete plant is mounted on truck. The truck is installed on a level ground on four mechanical jacks with steel stand and additional two steel stands for truck chassis. No foundation is required. Complete plant is pre-wired & only needs to connect power source and water source for operation.
