MF 1848-4D has been designed for heavy duty screening applications of primary or secondary crushed products of hard rocks and mineral ores. The one screen four-deck concept in a two stage closed-circuit crushing system provides a big economy in cost, besides high quality products. The quarry contractors can take, for example, aggregates of four fractions - 40 mm, 20 mm, 10 mm and 0-5 mm without sacrificing quality of finer fractions. The screen is built robust and compact, and suitable for mounting on a steel skid in stationary plants or on a wheel-mounted chassis in mobile plants. The powerful circular stroke vibrating mechanism ensures a high degree of screening efficiency throughout the coarse and fine screening decks. The 4-Deck Screen, like all NAWASCREENs, provide a long service life, excellent adaptability and economical screening solutions in any mining and quarry environment.

They are designed to be modular, robust and compact screening machines with exceptional performance for a wide range of materials - crushed stones, mining, recycling and process classifications. Circular or elliptical stroke vibrator mechanism can be adopted for coarse or fine screening of all mineral ores and hard stones. A high degree of screening efficiency is guaranteed. NAWASCREEN provides a long service life, excellent adaptability and economical screening solutions under the harsh and rigorous mining & quarry conditions.
