Description - Single Toggle Jaw Crusher /Double Toggle Jaw Crusher with higher efficiency.

Mainly there are two categories of Jaw Crushers:

Single Toggle Jaw Crusher is working with rubbing, so the quality of material is better than Double Toggle Jaw Crusher. Grease is using as lubricant in Single Toggle Crusher. Double Toggle Jaw Crusher is working in oil system without rubbing and less maintenance. In Double Toggle Jaw Crusher also we can obtain Cubical shape of material by using arrested Jaw Plate which may reduce the production by 10 per cent to 15 per cent maximum. Both this types are in use. It is some time claimed that a Single Toggle Jaw Crusher gives higher output because the material is discharged not only by gravity but it pushed down faster due to the elliptical movement of Swing Jaw in the over head Eccentric type Jaw Crusher. The company offers both types. In Single Toggle Crusher due to elliptical motion it needs high horse power. Because of high horse power this Crusher has to run at lower RPM than a Double Toggle Jaw Crusher.

The Single Toggle Jaw Crusher has to have heavier flywheels. The most important of all, because of that very elliptical motion, the Jaw Plates of this Crusher wear out faster than Double toggle Crusher. The only advantages of Single Toggle Crusher may have its initially lower cost. If the material is non-abrasive and not hard this crusher may do. In all other cases a Double Toggle Crusher is certainly more economical.
