Description - Laser sensor vibratory paving screed is a new concept for super flat floors. It is compact, user friendly, low maintenance and high productivity and it has low set-up time of 20 minutes or less. Attached auger for concrete spreading; capable of working both on reinforced floors and steel fibre floors. Ride-on for comfort of operator.

General product features:
All models equipped with an auger to remove excessive concrete before vibration, thus reducing manpower for even out spreading of concrete. Diesel/Petrol engines, (M 3000/M 2000 & M 3000E) excellent performance, easy to start. All models fitted with high frequency electric vibrator in front of auger to create smooth surface while vibrating the steel fibres down into the concrete.
Estimated concrete laying capacity of 250 Cu. Mtr. / 350 Cu. Mtr. / 500 Cu. Mtr. per hour for M 2000, M 3000E and M 3000 respectively. Hydraulic drive with three Danfoss (or equivalent) hydraulic motors and gear boxes. Gear boxes mounted on moveable brackets making the move sideways if machine drives over obstacles. M 3000 model is equipped with a horizontal placed cylinder to move the whole screed tool by 600mm left/right from centre. Laser sensors for achieving +/- 1.5mm tolerance. Complete machine controlled by electronic control panel. Ride-On Models with foot switch operation. HONDA IGX 440, 15HP gasoline engine in M 2000 and M 3000E. Lombardini LDW 1003, 29HP diesel engine in M 3000 models. Well displayed control panel with easy access from driver seat. Unlocking devices for wheels, to move the machine by hand.
Comfortable driving seat with hydraulic steering wheel. Headlight fitted for use during night working. All models equipped with lifting brackets for easy loading on to the transport vehicle. M 3000 equipped with a high pressure hydraulic cleaning pump and a water tank, enabling you to clean the machine after use. (Optional) Plastic treated paint for anti-rust, anti-corrosion and longer durability.
