Description - The increasingly adding WRAP materials in to asphalt production which necessitates an increase in the processing temperature of the hot aggregate i.e. from approx 1900 C to 2300 C (dependent on proportions). Operating screens in these increasingly harsh conditions, can lead to premature bearing failure which can mitigated by using pumped oil lubrication systems that maintain a constant oil temperature of approx 600 C.

Finedoor has fitted its pumped oil lubrication to a number of its screens to ensure maximum uptime. Proman supplies screens from 2.0m long x 1.0m wide single deck to 8m long x 2.4m wide multi-deck units. Decks can be designed to accept differing surfaces and are driven by a robust centre-shaft imbalance weight mechanism with oil or pumped oil lubrication for hot screening applications. The screens can be manufactured fully enclosed in a steel cabinet or dust encapsulated in rubber.
